Description:

Support Dual 4K@60Hz Displays

The Thunderbolt 3 to dual HDMI 2.0 output adapter can connect a Thunderbolt 3 computer to two separate monitors with HDMI 2.0 input, supporting UHD resolution up to 4K@60Hz.

Durable and Lightweight

Portable design with rugged aluminum housing, perfectly to meet your life style and easy to carry for business or trips.

important Compatibility Details

1. To work with this adapter, your computer must support Thunderbolt 3. Adapter will not function if attached to a non-Thunderbolt™3 capable USB-C port.

2. The host Thunderbolt 3-enabled system must have physically routed two HDMI 2.0 capable lines to the Thunderbolt™ 3 port.

3. Supports any operating system which has driver support for Thunderbolt™ 3. Currently, this is limited to Windows 10 and Mac OS latest version.

Thunderbolt 3 Compatibility

Most of early Thunderbolt 3 PCs require BIOS/firmware, Thunderbolt 3 drivers and software updates before they will work properly with the adapter. To get the latest updates for a Thunderbolt enabled system, please check the Thunderbolt updates website https://thunderbolttechnology.net/updates for a list of system vendors with links to their respective support websites. The required updates will vary depending on your computer.

Other Tips

1. Supports dual video output with resolutions up to 3840×2160@60Hz only when connected by using two HDMI 2.0 capable cables, HDMI 2.0 enabled system and display.

2. 4K Resolution requires a 4K equipped source, HDMI cable and output display.

3. Because certain monitors may turn on and off every minute as connected with a long HDMI 2.0 capable cable, we highly recommend using a HDMI 2.0 capable cable within 5.9ft to connect your display for stable output.

4. Please refer to the user manual attached for more detailed operation information.

FAQ
How do I know whether I have a USB-C or Thunderbolt™ 3 port?
Thunderbolt™ 3 and USB-C connector look very similar, but not all devices with a USB-C connector support Thunderbolt™ 3. To determine whether your host device is Thunderbolt™ 3, look for the Thunderbolt™ icon on both sides of the connection. USB-C devices do not include this icon.
I connected my Thunderbolt™ 3 dual HDMI 2.0 adapter and can only get a single output.
Please make sure that your Thunderbolt™ 3 host device can support two separate HDMI 2.0 capable lines over Thunderbolt™ 3.
How can I know whether my system has the necessary two HDMI 2.0 capable lines to provide dual output through the Thunderbolt™ 3 port?
Unfortunately, in many cases this information is very hard to discern based on the manufacturers published specifications. If your system is not among those listed in our compatibility above, please contact your system manufacturer for confirmation of how many HDMI 2.0 capable lines are routed to your Thunderbolt™ 3 port.
What if a newer compatible NVM is not available from my system manufacturer?
Unfortunately the only option is to contact your system manufacturer and ask when a newer version will be available, and to let them know that until it is, certain accessories you are looking to use will not work.
I connected my Thunderbolt™ 3 dual HDMI 2.0 adapter for the first time and my system got frozen up.
Check to see if your system is running the latest Thunderbolt™ 3 software, NVM, UEFI BIOS, and all other updates from your system manufacturer. If everything is updated, unplug the adapter, reboot the system, and then reconnect.
When I connect my Thunderbolt™ 3 device to my Windows computer, I get pop-up messages. What do I do?
Unlike USB devices, Thunderbolt™ 3 devices must be manually authenticated (approved) for use by the user before the system will recognize them. When you connect a Thunderbolt™ device to any Windows operating system that can support Thunderbolt™ 3, a pop-up message appears. To use your device, complete the following: 1. In the New Thunderbolt™ devices have been attached pop-up message, click OK. 2. In the User Account Control pop-up message, click Yes. 3. In the Approve Thunderbolt™ Devices pop-up message, do one of the following: >If you want to authorize your Thunderbolt™ devices every time that you connect them, select Always Connect in the drop-down list. >If you want to authorize your Thunderbolt™ devices only once, select Connect Only Once in the drop-down list. 4. Then click OK.
I connected my Thunderbolt™ 3 dual HDMI 2.0 adapter and do not getting any output to either display.
If your system has hybrid graphics (combination of built-in Intel GPU and AMD or NVIDIA discreet graphics), please make sure the Intel GPU is set to be the primary GPU in the UEFI BIOS.
